Returns & Exchanges
Unfortunately due to the outbreak of COVID-19, we are unable to warrant any returns, refunds or exchanges on our products at this stage for all hygienic, health and safety reasons. Due to the nature of our products, please double check all orders, before purchasing.
Please note: If you are using a discount code, and or purchasing a sale item. We will not be allowing any refunds, and or returns on these products, under any circumstances.
For any unused and or damaged items, please email info@tranquil-nails.com with further details, including your order number, and images so we can assist further at our discretion.
In the event that a return of goods is warranted, the return of any products must not have been opened. For change of mind / colour, all return shipping costs will be liable by the customer. Once this has been done, we can look into providing a refund of the product amount.
We always ask, to please double check your order, before purchasing as we will not be allowing any refunds, and or exchanges for anything outside of the above. Including and not limited to, the following:
- Change of mind
- Wrong product and or choice
All customers should also be aware and understand that our website, promotions, and marketing material can be frequently updated. Please read all fine print on all marked down products, discounts and any other related promotions before purchasing before finalising your orders.
We do not accept any liability for damage that has occurred during the shipping process.
